Who We Are
Ronnie Tepp, MPP
Founder/CEO
Ronnie’s work begins and ends with community.
Her superpower is building relationships and nurturing them into sustained partnerships.
Her reputation is as a results-driven, fierce advocate and strategic thinker.
Ronnie will sit in uncomfortable spaces, ask hard questions, and work to earn the trust needed to build meaningful partnerships. Her talent for breaking down complex issues and bringing individuals and organizations across the health ecosystem together has enabled her clients to advance their priorities and achieve measurable impact.
Ronnie has served as a Principal Investigator on multiple awards and has built and managed large teams. She conceived and scaled a national network of over 100 community and healthcare provider organizations who brought awareness of the National Institute of Health’s All of Us Research Program to their communities. They conducted over 3,500 activities across 300 cities in 42 states and contributed to the building of a participant community of over 850,000.

While at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Ronnie led a national advocacy campaign that resulted in an additional $1.1 billion in federal funding for Type 1 diabetes research and Type 2 diabetes prevention programming for American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Ronnie is a native of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Skidmore College and a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University. She lives with her family in Northern Virginia and serves as a Board member of the Crohns & Colitis Foundation D.C/Northern Virginia chapter and as a volunteer with New Hope Housing in Alexandria, VA. Work energizes her, family grounds her, and to recharge she will dive into a good book, take a long walk, or share a good meal with friends.
